Turnover Calculation Method
Due to the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, we have to modify the method we use to calculate the turnover. We also have to change the way we deal with your withdrawal requests. For this reason, we urge you to pay close attention to the following for two purposes. First, to understand how it will work from now on. Second, to adapt your betting strategies. This is crucial since the new process may influence your efficiency and profitability.
Please note that the new rules apply regardless of your preferred payment method. Whether you choose a supervised and regulated payment method, or place wagers using cryptocurrencies. In any case, the update stands.
What is turnover?
Turnover is the sum of your profits and losses from your betting activities during a predetermined time. By profits, we mean the amount left after deducting the original stake from the total payout. If your stake was €400 and your payout €500, then you calculate the turnover as €500 – €400 = €100. Of course, when you lose a bet, the amount of your original stake is the one to include in the calculations.
For example, let’s assume that during the predetermined time, you made 10 bets. You won five of them and you lost the other five. Let’s also assume that for the first five your total stake was €300 and your total payout €400. Therefore, your net profits are €100. The total stake for the five that you lost was also €300. So, your total turnover is €100 + €300 = €400.
The current counts
We previously explained the term using the number of bets as an example. However, starting from 01.02.2024, the new process depends on the markets you placed the bets in, not the number of bets. In other words, you can only request a withdrawal AFTER you have generated at least three times (3x) the amount that you deposited. For example, if you deposited €100, you need to have a turnover of €300 before you can withdraw.
If you do not meet this requirement, we may either charge you an extra 10%, or cancel, reject, or delay your withdrawal request. You can only withdraw when you reach the turnover limit.
Check the updated method for turnover calculation
Do you want to know how to calculate your turnover? Look at the following examples.
Suppose you bet on a game between Monaco and Lyon on Over 2.5 goals and you made a net profit of €150. You also bet on Over 4.5 goals on the same game with a stake of €200, which you lost. Your turnover is the sum of both bets: €150 + €200 = €350.
Now, suppose now you bet on both Over 2.5 goals and Under 2.5 goals for a game between Benfica and Rio Ave, with the same stake of €1000 each. The odds for both are @1.80. Regardless of the outcome, you will lose €200. Here is why. If the Over 2.5 goals bet was successful, your net profit is €800. But, you also lost the Under 2.5 goals bet. So your turnover is €1000 – €800 = €200. The same formula applies if the Under 2.5 goals bet was the winner.
Please verify your turnover if your withdrawal request is delayed, before contacting us for the reason. If you believe that our calculations are incorrect, we are happy to help you resolve the issue.
