User manuals are hugely important for users seeking to understand products and processes. We want to provide the best customer experience possible. This page is going to help you in using our platform. Our user manual contains step-by-step instructions guiding users through how to use Betspider betting platform.
Trade
Trade page displays selected leagues and matches and the main types of bets, which you can bet on quickly.
To view other available markets for a specific game, click on the match name (1) or on the arrow icon located on the right side of the game table (2).
Once you are viewing all markets, you can add markets into favourites by clicking on the star next to the market name on the left side, quickly find markets on top sorted by category: "Favourites", "All", "Bookings", "Corners" or "Goals".
To add a match into "Favorites", click on the star, on the right side next to the match name. To add an entire league into "Favorites", click on the star on the left side next to the league name. To view all selected favorites, enable the respective button on the top of the trade page. See screenshot above.
To place a combo bet, enable the button "Parlay" on top of the trade page. Minimum is 2 selections and maximum 10. Note that only one selection per game is allowed.
You can sort the matches out by enabling the button 'sort by event start' (1). The matches closer to the kick-off will appear first. Additionally, a small dropdown (2) allows you to quickly sort out the matches that are currently live, starting in 1 hour, 2 hours, etc.
Betslip
To open a Betslip, click on the odd of the desired market. On the top left corner you will see the Date and Time when the match starts. Next to it you can see the league, match name and your bet selection.
"Expiry" is an option that allows you to choose time, within which the bet might be placed. You can choose from instant up to 1 hour and even kick-off. Kick off means that the bet will be trying to get placed until the moment the game starts. Otherwise it will return as failed.
You can see the list of bookies named with BM and a number. Each bookie has its own number. The one which might void bets (Singbet) has a yellow indicator next to the bookie name.
Also here you can check right away the minimum and maximum stake per bookmaker and the odds they offer.
Yes, you can either disable it for the entire account, or for a specific bet in the betslip. To disable a bookmaker in the betslip click on its name so it becomes red. See the screenshot above.
Yes, to open the graph, click on the chart icon on the right side on top of the betslip.
You can also open the graph in a new tab by clicking on this icon, see the screenshot above.
In the betslip you can also see generally how much maximum and minimum you can place at this selection. By inserting the desired minimum odd and stake, you can quickly see how much is your potential win (Payout pot).
Yes, this option can be enabled in settings, and an equivalent bet is marked with "EQ" letters in the betslip.
To copy your bet quickly, click on copy icon on the left side of bookies names. This option can be activated/disabled in settings.
On the left side of the betslip, you can find the closest lines. If you wish to place 2 bets on different lines at once, open the second line and insert the desired odds and stakes for both of them.
IMPORTANT - then click on top "place all bets", so the bets are placed exactly at the same time. If you will do it 1 by 1 with higher stakes, the odd might change before.
Yes, you can choose which bookmaker type you want your bet to be matched at by placing it @exchange or @bookmaker, in the additional options of the betslip. This option can be enabled/disabled in settings.
Leagues
Note: When there’s no current event, the match or even the entire sport type will not be shown.
Events section on the trade page, with available sports & leagues contains a search bar and filters to sort the matches by time before kick-off.
Apply filters for a more specific search.
Orders (Right Side of The Trade Page)
This section has a few subsections for a quick view/setting.
Site Status – shows you the bookmakers connected at the moment and the status to check the connection stability. If you don’t want to see any offers of one or more specific bookmakers, u can permanently disable them by clicking on their name.
- If bookmakers are green it means they are connected.
- If they are grey, it means they are temporarily not available, for example, it might happen because of maintenance.
- And if they are red, it means that they have been disabled manually by player. Click on the bookmaker’s number to connect/disconnect it.
Account – Here you can see your current balance available to bet, credit amount, outstanding amount (amount placed in open bets currently), today’s and yesterday’s turnover and profit/loss.
View Options – allows you to change the view of your trade page and betslip. Also here, you can select the odd type of your choice.
Settings – You can find here some settings features for a quick change. To get more info about each of them, check section “My settings”.
Orders (Top Menu)
In this area you can see details of the orders placed.
By clicking on the note icon you will be able to see: the order ID, the status, provider, stake and odd.
By clicking on the lightning icon you will be able to see more details about your order such as the exact time when it was placed.
Additionally, you can filter your bets log by opening the filters dropdown, accessed by clicking on the small arrow, as shown in the picture above.
Click on the dollar icon and the payout grid will be displayed.
Statements
In this area, you can see your bets and how they were settled.
You can filter and add the period you want to see and check your profit and loss for that specific bet.
Finance
In this area you will be able to see all the transactions on your account, for example when you placed a bet or when you deposited to your account.
Finance/Analytics: If you want to analyse your bets applying some criteria, you can go to analytics and apply the filters you need. You can filter per event, bookmaker, country etc. This is a very useful feature to keep track of your betting activity.
Announcements
In this section you will be able to see specific notifications regarding matches, maintenance, or any important information regarding your account.
Profile: Nickname & Balance
On top menu on the right side, you can always see your current balance, and your nickname.
Yes, by hovering over your nickname/balance you can see a window which allows you to change the language. The theme changer icon can be found in the top line next to the announcements section; it's presented as the moon/sun for the dark/light colours respectively.
My Settings
Here you can find 4 sections: Contact, Security, Finance and Trade settings.
- In “General“section you can see your role (member/agent), username, and change the password.
- In “Contact information” area players are not allowed to change any information.
Players are not allowed to enable two-factor authentication.
If you enable button "Hide account balance in header" it will not be visible in the top bar of your account. Additionally, here you can see the currency of your account. Note: Every time you make changes in settings, click "save changes" button.
Use fractional handicap notation – You can choose how you would like Handicaps to be displayed on your trade page. For example, if it is enabled, you would see -0.75, but if it is disabled you would see 0.5/1.
Right click betting on trade page – When enabled, it allows players quickly place bets from the trade page, only with one right-click, without confirmation. Set up right-click bet amount for this option to work.
- Place orders in bottom – When enabled, a section on the trade page will appear at the bottom of the page. Your currently placed bets will be displayed there.
- Number of lines to view on trade page – Choose how many lines you want to be displayed on the trade page. From main line only up to 8 lines are possible.
- Show equivalent lines – When enabled, you will see equivalent bets in the betslip, they are marked with “eq” letters.
- Price format – Allows you to change the odds format: Decimal, Hong Kong, Malay, Indonesian and American (US).
- Use inline betslip – When enabled, the betslip will open on the right side of the screen (see screenshot above). When disabled, you will see your betslip in a new small window.
Show bet placement confirmation – When enabled, you will be asked to confirm the bet before placing it. Disable it, if you don’t want to be asked for confirmation.
Show min limit in betslip – Shows you the minimum you can place directly in the betslip.
Sort betslip lines descending – When enabled, sorts the lines in the betslip descending. Default sorting is ascending.
Show copy selection – Enables copy button in the betslip, for a quick copy selection. Copies the match name, selection and odd. Additionally, you can set “Lower copy selection odds”. For example, if it’s set to 0.05, you will copy the odd minus 0.05 points (see example on the images above).
Auto input highest odds in betslip – When enabled, you will see automatically inserted highest odd available, when opening the betslip.
Auto expand line, when all open lines are closed – Self-explanatory. If you have the betslip open and the lines close, it will expand lines automatically for you.
Close betslip after placing bet – When you click on “place bet” and confirm it, the betslip will be automatically closed.
Right click betting in betslip – When enabled, allows you to place a quick bet by doing one right click of your mouse on the desired odd directly in the betslip. For this feature to work, set “Right-click bet amount” in settings.
Additional betslip lines to open – expands additional lines in the betslip.
- None: opens only main line in the betslip (image 1).
- One line: opens the main line in the middle plus one downline and one upline (image 2).
- Two lines: opens the main line in the middle plus 2 downlines and 2 uplines on the sides (image 3).
Max betslip lines – Here you can set the amount of lines you want to see in your betslip. Minimum 1 and maximum 11 lines are allowed, they are shown on the left side of the betslip.
In this area, you can establish some parameters to your account, like default stake, the minimum odd you would accept, the amount you would accept to place as a right-click bet (no confirmation asked), and the lower copy selection.
Default stake – You can set an amount you want to bet by default. Fills in automatically in the betslip when you open it.
Accept lower odds limit – Set up a maximum number of points, which you allow the platform to go below the odd inserted in the betslip. The platform will place your bet going maximum X.XX points below the indicated odd. This way you can assure a higher stake placed successfully and also you make sure the platform places your bet despite any small changes in the odds, which happen often in live games. Of course, the platform always tries to get the highest odds available! Leave the field empty, if you don’t want to lower your odds.
Right-click bet amount – Default amount you want to bet with “right click”. Caution: Bets placed using this feature are not being confirmed! One click and the bet is placed for good. For more information refer to section “trade table” and section “betting and betslip”.
Lower copy selection odds – Set up the number of points for your “Copy selection” feature. For example, if you set it to 0.05, screen odd that you see is 1.95, the copied odd will be 1.90. Check section “betting and betslip” for more info.
Report Bug
Platform bugs can be easily reported in this section.
Platform bugs can be easily reported in this section, which you can find under your username. Click on it, fill in a small form with the bug info and screenshots, then click submit and you’re done!
The more detailed you report a bug, the easier it will be for developers to fix it!
Sign out
To sign out, hover over your username and find this button under “Report bug” section.
