The Super Master Agents
Here is where the actual Agent System begins. They are the only ones that can interact with the bookies directly when it comes to financial transactions. The betting house charges a commission on the bets and allows the SMAs to undertake a risk on them for greater profit. The SMAs need to deposit a predetermined amount of money which they receive as credit. They share their commissions down the ladder with those that they are supposed to recruit, manage and support.
The Master Agents
Similarly to the SMAs, the Master Agents have the purpose of recruiting and supporting the next level of the ladder, the agents, with whom they share their commissions.
The Agents
Those are the ones with the actual clientele. They place the bets, collect the money from the punters and manage the actual accounts. They can maintain an online presence through a web page, or, if they can, have a physical space where people can come and place their wagers.
The Bookmakers
Those are at the top of the staircase. They provide the platform to place bets on, they set the odds, they collect the bets and they make the payouts. We all know how it works when a user maintains an account directly at an establishment of the sort. But let’s see how it is built for those that need intermediaries. For them, the bookies allow the existence of the next step in the structure.

Let’s see how: An SMA can only open accounts for master agents and they, in turn, can only do the same for the agents. However, they also have a master agent and an agent account for themselves. This allows them to create accounts for simple punters as well. The same stands true for the master agents who also hold agent accounts.

First and foremost, this system allows people to open betting accounts when, for any reason, they either cannot or do not want to have one on their own. And there are plenty of those. It guarantees an increased customer base for everyone involved. A second merit of the agent system is to place more than one person in accountability for each punter.
