My Preferred Markets
The reason I do more painstaking research is that I prefer solid markets than handicaps. Over/Under, both teams to score with an additional parameter like which side is going to win, 1X2 of course are my cup of tea. Only when I do not find what I am looking for, do I turn to handicaps. In fact, when it comes to that option, I prefer Asian handicaps for the additional options of quarter and three-quarter possibilities, allowing me greater versatility.
My System
The secret is to find bets that have received odds after a miscalculation from the teams that work for the bookmakers. Some people may think that such cases may be rare. In fact, it is quite the opposite. When there are thousands of matches and events every day, it is rather easy to make this kind of a mistake. This is why I calculate what should the odds be on each market and then compare my results to the prices available.
What comes out of the math are the chances. Usually, this is a number between 25 and 35%. These are the margins that will bring out odds of around @2.00. The higher the probability of a result, the lower are the odds. So, when I have something between 30 and 35%, you will see a stake of either 4/10 or 5/10. When the probability is between 20 and 25% a risk of 6/10 or even 7/10 can be justified. If I go for something above, it will happen maybe once or twice a year and there will have to be a lot of favorable aspects to make that call.
